Whether you live in the west or in the east, the north or the south there's one thing for sure that gender equality is your right and you have to take it because it is not a crime fighting for what is yours. Gender equality is an accessible state to rights or opportunities regardless of your gender. This right is neccesary and is a healthy one, one that has many benefits attached. It helps reduce mental oppression not only for one's self but also for the future generations. With this they may not be confined to some particular kind of occupation or services thinking it belongs to the opposite sex alone. The female would be able to get into the apex of political power easily without any form of intimidation which may result to a better government than what the society have had. An advancement goes further in eradicating impoverished lifestyles, securing education and ensuring the welfare of both male and female. When a woman has a voice as much as the men to express any form of biases that appears as debacle towards equal opportunities, it takes away the tyrannical operation of progress in the society. In a society that both the male and female matters, it would hadly make them pass law that are biased in nature. Gender equality is not just for the female alone, it'll be beneficial for everyone to support because trying to increase gender inequality in place of work by decreasing some gender commitment and responsibility will not benefit development.
 Having men when making specific project is very essential when referring to the stereotypical outlook of male and female roles and the similarity between them. This essentiality comes from the fact that some certain culture consider women as a weaker vessel and this mostly obstruct development to booming market economies. Having adequate information that concerns both genders is important and this ensure efficiency as one party wouldn't feel discriminated against. It can be debated that inability to decide cost and opportunities of the change process equally has cost alot for the society; The legality of the labour market and the political circle as shown in our laws, institutions, platforms operating unequally make it apparent that more can be done to the society by ensuring the effective execution of gender equality.
